I wanted to take time to thank you for working with me and providing a wonderful bus and bus driver for our 5-hour tour of San Francisco and Sausalito on Saturday. The bus was awesome and just the right size for our group. Loved that it had the one table - it was perfect for my two granddaughters to work on.

Min, the driver, was great! He was a great driver - very safe, kind and generous. He was prompt and accommodating.

Dear (Bauer's Team),

I just wanted to thank you for participating in Yelp's 10-Year Anniversary celebration! And what a celebration it was! Almost 30 events in 4 days - with Yelpers (from all over the globe) flying in to commemorate this huge milestone. And if that wasn't enough, Yelp's anniversary made the front page of Sunday's SF Chronicle!

We truly appreciate Bauer's transporting our group of Yelpers to wine country in such style yesterday. Everyone raved about the comfortable buses and your 1st-class hospitality. Tom (our driver to Gloria Ferrer), in particular, was a big hit with our Yelpers. What a great guy!

Needless to say, our wine country excursions were a terrific climax to a long, celebratory weekend. Thank you for making it such a pleasure experience for everyone. You guys rock!

I work at Box in Los Altos and recently began taking the Bauer contracted shuttle from the Palo Alto Caltrain Station to our HQ and back.

For the past few weeks, we we driven by Marden. I just wanted to take the time to say he provided excellent service. Marden was always on time, but more importantly, he had a contagiously cheerful attitude. My short experiences with him would brighten my mornings and re-energize me after a long day at work. His attitude went a long way.

I appreciated his service so much that I felt the need to go out of my way to recognize his great work. My flight was diverted to Atlanta. Therefore I missed my connecting flight to San Francisco. I appreciated his flexibility to adjust his schedule to drive me at a later time. Brian is a very professional and safe driver. You are fortunate to have him.
