Since founding Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation in 1989, Gary Bauer started with a single car and grew his company to a multi-million dollar corporation, serving as the preferred transportation provider for Fortune 500 corporations, international celebrities, professional sporting events and music concerts in over 550 cities across the globe. In recognition for pioneering the first corporate commuter program, taking six million cars off the road each year and consolidating airport hotel shuttle services from 100 diesel to 20 CNG vehicles, he was named by The San Francisco Business Times as 2013’s “Most Admired CEO of the Year”. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University.
Gary SchwartzChief Financial Officer
Gary Schwartz possesses more than 20 years of diversified financial and management experience including raising capital, orchestrating mergers and acquisitions, and structuring and negotiating deals in both public and private corporations. During his career, Schwartz played a key role in managing a diversified consumer cyclical and real estate conglomerate. He developed financial infrastructure and management systems supporting the growth of the company from $40 million in revenues and 150 employees to over $250 million and 1,500, respectively.
Automotive transportation industry veteran Michael Melville brings over 25 years of executive leadership in operations efficiency, profitability, employee development and client relations to his role as President of Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation. Rising the ranks from Area Manager to Regional Vice President of Enterprise Holdings, currently ranked #13 on Forbes Largest Private Companies in the U.S., Michael was responsible for overall profitability, employee development, customer service and operations efficiency for over 50 branch offices and 900 employees. As a result of surpassing KPI by double digits year over year, he earned the President's Award, Enterprise Holdings highest accolade, in 2014 & 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (B.A.) from Eastern Connecticut State University.
Christopher PapazianHead of Marketing
Christopher brings 18 years of marketing and communications expertise to his role as the Head of Marketing for the Bauer’s portfolio of companies. Prior to joining the executive leadership team, Chris headed brand management, product marketing, corporate communications and public relations within the biotechnology, financial services, telecommunications and consumer electronics fields. Christopher holds a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Southern California - Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
